摘　　要：免酸洗绿色清洁表面处理技术(Eco Pickled Surface,EPS)是一种热轧钢卷(板)表面处理技术。针对EPS钢板在载货汽车车架上的切换应用进行了相关技术研究,研究内容主要包括材料性能验证及剪切、冲压、涂装、装配等相关生产工艺验证,验证结果满足现生产使用要求,达到分阶段切换目的。研究内容为EPS钢板切换应用推广提供参考数据。Eco Pickled Surface(EPS)is a surface treatment technology for hot rolled steel coil(plate).In this paper,the application of EPS steel plate switching in commercial truck frame is studied,with the main research contents including material performance verification and production process verification of shearing,stamping,painting and assembly.The verification results meet the current production requirements and achieve the purpose of switching in stages.The research content provides reference data for the application and promotion of EPS steel plate switching.
