摘 要:文章依据历年湖北省持久性有机污染物调查报告数据,分析了POPs年均排放总量和排放强度的变化特征。结果表明:与"十二五"相比,"十三五"期间POPs年均排放总量最高的行业集中在工业方面,其中炼钢生产、铁矿石烧结和废弃物焚烧行业占比较大,分别为38.41%、26.79%和18.85%,镁生产行业占比最小;POPs重点行业排放强度最大的是有色金属生产行业,最小的是铁矿石烧结行业,分别为39.925μg TEQ/t、1.096μg TEQ/t(TEQ表示国际毒性当量);废弃物焚烧和炼钢生产行业的排放强度削减率分别为11.7%、16.1%。Based on the data of the investigation report of persistent organic matter in Hubei Province over the years,this paper analyzes the changing characteristics of the average annual total emission amount and emission intensity of POPs.The results show that:compared with the 12th Five-year Plan,the industries with the highest annual POPs emissions during the 13th Five-year Plan period were concentrated in industry,in which steelmaking,iron ore sintering and waste incineration accounted for 38.41%,26.79%and 18.85%respectively,while magnesium production accounted for the smallest proportion.The largest emission intensity of POPs key industries is the non-ferrous metal production industry,and the smallest is the iron ore sintering industry,which are 39.925μg TEQ/t and 1.096μg TEQ/t(TEQ stands for international toxic equivalent).The emission intensity reduction rates of waste incineration and steelmaking industries are 11.7%and 16.1%respectively.
