摘　　要：杜邦公司用220年摸索出具有普遍指导意义的安全文化与安全管理系统,成为全球工业安全的标杆企业。杜邦安全文化体系内容丰富,要素繁多,为方便国内企业学习,文章将杜邦安全文化的精髓归结为有感领导、直线责任制、属地管理、全员参与和一切事故皆可预防的安全理念。DuPont has been developing a safety culture and safety management system with universal guiding significance in 220 years,making it a global benchmarking enterprise for industrial safety.DuPont safety culture system is rich in content and has various elements.In order to facilitate the learning of domestic enterprises,the paper puts the essence of DuPont safety culture down to the safety concept of felt leadership,line responsibility,local management,full participation and all accidents can be prevented.
