摘  要:为有效预防和控制城市燃气管道维修抢险事故,降低风险水平,运用行为安全24模型及其原因因素编码系统,以吉林松原7·4事故为例,从一次性行为与物态、个体因素、运行行为、指导行为和外部因素等5项控制结构对事故致因进行分析归纳,并基于分析结果从燃气公司、政府部门、相关企业等方面提出风险防控策略。In order to prevent and control city gas pipeline maintenance and emergency accidents effectively, reduce the level of risk, taking the 7·4 explosion accident, which happened in Songyuan city, Jilin Province as a typical example to make example analysis. We chose the behavior safety 24 model and its factor coding system to analyse it. The casual factors are analyzed and concluded from the dimensions of control structure of one-time physical state, individual factors, behaviors, operation and the external factors. Based on the analysis results, the risk prevention and control strategy are put forward from the aspects of the gas company, government departments and related enterprises.
