摘　　要：文章论述了ABS装置掺混单元挤出工序的基本工艺,简述了干法挤出和湿法挤出在ABS树脂生产中的应用对比,分析了两种挤出工艺的优缺点,介绍了挤压脱水机的工作难点,分析了湿法挤出工艺路线的控制难点,介绍了湿法挤出工艺在新建ABS项目上的应用。The article discusses the basic technology of ABS plant compounding process,describes the dry and wet compounding in ABS resin production,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of extrusion process,describes squeeze dewatering machine work difficulty,analyzed the wet compounding process route control difficulties,and introduces the wet compounding process in the application of new ABS project.
