摘　　要：在硫酸法钛白粉生产过程中,保证钛白粉产品质量的一道重要工序为水洗工序,传统水洗工序有着粉体流失严重、废水排放量大等情况,不利于钛白粉行业发展,因此水洗及水循环膜处理工艺就显得尤为重要。实例表明,该工艺浆料单质铁含量低于10 mg/kg,固含量为300g/L。In the production process of titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid method, an important process to ensure the quality of titanium dioxide products is the washing process. The traditional washing process has serious powder loss and large wastewater discharge, which is not conducive to the development of titanium dioxide industry. Therefore, the washing and water circulation membrane treatment process is particularly important. The example shows that the iron content of the slurry is less than 10 mg/kg and the solid content is 300 g/L.
