摘　　要：石油是中国能源结构的重要组成部分,在推动社会发展与经济建设方面发挥着重要的作用。近年来,随着社会经济的快速发展,对石油能源的需求也在不断地提高,为了满足社会发展所需,国内石油化工建设项目也越来越多。石油化工建设项目具有周期长、投资大、专业高、涉及广的特点,且在整个项目周期也存在各种风险,稍有不慎,很容易导致各种安全事故的发生。所以对于石油化工建设项目,做好项目管理工作十分重要和必要,其中风险管理就是尤为重要的内容。文章对石油化工建设项目风险管理进行了详细分析,提出了相应的优化策略。Petroleum is an important part of China’s energy structure and plays an important role in promoting social development and economic construction. In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, the demand for petroleum energy is also increasing. In order to meet the needs of social development, there are more and more domestic petrochemical construction projects. Petrochemical construction project has the characteristics of long cycle, large investment, high specialty and wide involvement, and there are various risks in the whole project cycle. A little carelessness can easily lead to various safety accidents. Therefore, for petrochemical construction projects, it is very important and necessary to do a good job in project management, in which risk management is particularly important. This paper analyzes the risk management of petrochemical construction project in detail, and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy.
