复方丹参注射液联合硫酸镁对子痫前期患者胎盘循环的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方丹参注射液联合硫酸镁对子痫前期患者胎盘循环的影响。方法选取河北省正定县人民医院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的子痫前期患者130例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各65例。两组患者均予硫酸镁治疗,试验组加用复方丹参注射液治疗。两组患者均治疗10 d。结果试验组临床总有效率为96.92%,显著高于对照组的81.54%(P <0.05);治疗后,试验组患者的收缩压、舒张压、24 h尿蛋白水平均显著低于对照组,24 h尿量显著高于对照组(P <0.05);试验组不良妊娠结局发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05);试验组患者的胎盘生长因子、胰岛素样生长因子-1、一氧化氮水平均显著高于对照组(P <0.05),内皮素1水平显著低于对照组(P <0.05);对照组和试验组不良反应发生率相当(4.62%比6.15%,P> 0.05)。结论复方丹参注射液联合硫酸镁治疗子痫前期疗效显著,可明显改善临床指标、胎盘相关指标和血管内皮功能,降低不良妊娠结局发生率,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effect of Compound Danshen Injection combined with magnesium sulfate on placental circulation in patients with preeclampsia.Methods Totally 130 patients with preeclampsia admitted to People’s Hospital of Zhengding County from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,65 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with magnesium sulfate,on this basis,the patients in the experimental group were treated with Compound Danshen Injection.Both groups were treated for 10 d.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.92%,which was significantly higher than 81.54%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and 24 h urinary protein in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the 24 h urine volume in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse pregnancy outcome rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of placental growth factor(PLGF),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and nitric oxide(NO)in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the level of endothelin-1(ET-1)in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was similar to that in the experimental group(4.62%vs.6.15%,P>0.05).Conclusion Compound Danshen Injection combined with magnesium sulfate is effective and safe in the treatment of preeclampsia,which can significantly improve the clinical indicators,placenta-related indexes and vascular endothelial function,reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
