摘　　要：目的建立同时测定党参中紫丁香苷、党参炔苷和苍术内酯Ⅲ含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水溶液(B),梯度洗脱(0~20 min时10%A,20~30 min时10%A~30%A,30~50 min时30%A~70%A),流速为0.8 m L/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为220 nm,进样量为10μL。结果紫丁香苷、党参炔苷和苍术内酯Ⅲ在各自的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.998 9,n=6),平均回收率分别为101.58%,101.83%,99.65%,RSD分别为0.70%,0.84%,1.20%(n=6)。结论该方法分离效果和重复性均良好,回收率高,可用于党参药材的质量控制。Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the simultaneous determination of syringing,lobetyolin,atractylenolideⅢin Codonopsis pilosula.Methods The chromatographic column was Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution(B)with gradient elution(0-20 min,10%A;20-30 min 10%A-30%A;30-50 min,30%A-70%A),the flow rate was 0.8 m L/min,the column temperature was 30℃,the detection wavelength was 220 nm,and the injection volume was 10μL.Results The syringing,lobetyolin,atractylenolideⅢshowed good linear relationships within their own range(r≥0.9989,n=6),the average recoveries were 101.58%,101.83%and 99.65%with RSDs of 0.70%,0.84%and 1.20%(n=6).Conclusion The method has a good separation effect,repeatability and high recovery,which can be used for the quality control of Codonopsis pilosula.
