康复新液联合维生素B_(12)治疗维生素B_(12)缺乏型萎缩性舌炎的临床评价

摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液联合维生素B12治疗维生素B12缺乏型萎缩性舌炎(AG)的疗效,以及对患者炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取北京交通大学医院2017年6月至2019年6月收治的维生素B12缺乏型AG患者86例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各43例。两组患者均予维生素B12行基础治疗,研究组患者加用康复新液。两组均治疗4周。结果研究组总有效率为97.67%,显著高于对照组的83.72%(P <0.05);治疗4周后,两组的疼痛指数和舌部病损面积均显著小于治疗前,且研究组显著小于对照组(P <0.05);治疗4周后,两组患者的炎性因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)]水平均显著低于治疗前,且研究组显著低于对照组(P <0.05);对照组和研究组患者不良反应发生率相当(11.63%比4.65%,P> 0.05)。结论康复新液联合维生素B12治疗维生素B12缺乏型AG疗效良好,可缓解疼痛,缩小舌部病损面积,减轻炎性反应,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with vitamin B12 in the treatment of atrophic glossitis(AG)induced by vitamin B12 deficiency and its effect on the levels of inflammatory factors.Methods Totally 86 patients with AG induced by vitamin B12 deficiency admitted to Beijing Jiaotong University Hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given the basic treatment with vitamin B12,on this basis,the patients in the study group were given Kangfuxin Liquid.Both groups were treated for four weeks.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.67%,which was significantly higher than 83.72%of the control group(P<0.05).After four weeks of treatment,the pain index and tongue lesion area in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After four weeks of treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)]in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was similar to that in the study group(11.63%vs.4.65%,P>0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid combined with vitamin B12 is effective and safe in the treatment of AG induced by vitamin B12 deficiency,which can significantly relieve the pain,reduce the lesion area of the tongue and the inflammatory reaction.
