摘　　要：目的为甘露聚糖肽注射液的临床合理用药、防范药品不良反应(ADR)提供参考。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)及万方电子期刊数据库2011年至2019年文献报道的甘露聚糖肽注射液所致ADR,统计并分析期间医院上报的甘露聚糖肽注射液相关ADR报告。结果甘露聚糖肽注射液所致ADR的发生与患者年龄呈正相关;多在用药后30 min内发生;主要表现为呼吸系统损害,同时伴有其他系统/器官损害;严重ADR发生率高,可导致呼吸困难甚至休克;哮喘病史是引发甘露聚糖肽注射液严重ADR的危险因素。结论甘露聚糖肽注射液可引起严重ADR,临床应用时应严格把握适应证和禁忌证,对有潜在风险的患者慎用,加强用药监护。Objective To provide a reference for clinical rational use of Mannatide Injection and prevention of adverse drug reactions(ADR).Methods The ADR induced by Mannatide Injection published in domestic journals were retrieved from the CNKI database and the Wanfang Electronic Journal database from 2011 to 2019,and the ADR reports related to Mannatide Injection collected and reported by the hospital during the period were statistically analyzed.Results The ADR induced by Mannatide Injection was positively correlated with age,and it mainly occurred within 30 min after medication,its clinical manifestations mainly performed as respiratory system disorders,accompanied by damage to other systems/organs.The incidence of severe ADR was high,which could result in dyspnea and even shock,and the history of asthma was the risk factor for severe ADR induced by Mannatide Injection.Conclusion Mannatide Injection can induce severe ADR.The indications and contraindications should be strictly restricted in the clinical use of Mannatide Injection.Careful medication should be taken for patients with potential risks,and the medication monitoring should be strengthened.
