摘  要:目的探讨呼吸内科临床带教中应用递进式情景教学法的效果。方法将66名呼吸内科规培生随机分成观察组(33名)与对照组(33名),对照组应用传统临床带教模式,观察组应用递进式情景教学法进行临床带教,观察两组规培学生的临床带教效果。结果规培结束后观察组在理论考核、临床实践考核及医疗面接等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组规培生对临床带教的总满意率为93.94%,明显高于对照组75.75%的总满意率(P<0.05)。结论在规培研究生呼吸内科临床带教中,采用递进式情景教学法可显著提高规培学生的理论及临床实践考核成绩,并能提高临床带教的总满意度。Objective To explore the effect of progressive situational teaching in clinical teaching of respiratory medicine.Methods 66 students of standardized training were randomly divided into observation group(33 cases)and control group(33 cases).The control group was used the traditional clinical teaching mode,while the observation group was used the progressive situational teaching and observed the clinical teaching effects of two groups of standardized training students.Results The observation group was better than the control group in theory assessment,clinical practice assessment and medical treatment(P<0.05)after the standardized training;the observation group’s total satisfaction rate of clinical teaching was 93.94%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 75.75%(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of respiratory medicine,the progressive situational teaching method can significantly improve the theory and clinical practice assessment results of standardized training students,and improve total satisfaction of the clinical teaching.
