摘  要:目的探究分析在神经外科护理教学过程当中应用PDCA循环理论之后的教学质量和作用分析。方法在2019年2月—12月期间选取除护士长以外的35名本科室护士进行三基三严培训,然后将2019年2月—7月期间参加三基三严培训的护士划分为对照组(n=18),2019年8月—12月期间参加三基三严培训的护士划分为观察组(n=17),观察组护士进行PDCA循环理论护理教学,对照组护士则进行传统护理教学,分别观察两组护士的教学质量。结果观察组护士的护理质量更佳,且观察组护士的理论知识、实践操作、综合能力等表现均优于对照组,提问次数、讨论发言、查阅资料等主动学习情况均优于对照组,且观察组护士对其护理教学满意程度均高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在神经外科护理教学过程当中应用PDCA循环理论之后护理质量得到明显提高,故PDCA循环理论可以进行临床推广和应用。Objective To explore and analyze the teaching quality and function of PDCA cycle theory in the nursing teaching of neurosurgery.Methods 35 nurses of the course room except the head nurse nurse with three basics and three stricts training were involved in this study from February 2019 to December 2019.The control group(n=18)was performed traditional nursing teaching from February 2019 to July 2019.The observation group(n=17)was performed PDCA cycle theory from August 2019 to December 2019.The teaching quality were compared between two teams.Results The nursing quality of the observation group was better,and the observation group was better than the control group in terms of theoretical knowledge,practical operation,and comprehensive ability.The number of questions,discussion speeches,and information access were all better than the control group.The satisfaction of nurses in the group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle theory in the teaching of neurosurgery nursing can significantly improve the quality of nursing,so PDCA cycle theory can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
