摘  要:目的探讨智能病灶标注系统在核医学科阅片教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—12月在本科实习的本科生80名为研究对象,分为对照组(n=40,教师带教+单人阅片训练的教学模式)和实验组(n=40,教师带教+智能病灶标注系统阅片训练的教学模式)。学生实习第1天、第15天、第30天,对学生进行全身骨显像阅片能力考核。实习结束后,比较学生对教学满意度的主观评价。结果实习第1天,两组本科生阅片考核成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实习第15天、第30天,实验组本科生阅片考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组本科生教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论智能病灶标注系统在核医学科阅片教学中应用效果较好。Objective To explore the application of intelligent lesion marking system in image reading teaching of nuclear medicine.Methods Eighty undergraduates who came to our department for nuclear medicine practice from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the subjects of study.They were divided into control group(n=40,student training combined with single image reading)and experimental group(n=40,student training combined with intelligent lesion marking system).In the study of days 1,15 and 30,the students’image reading skills were assessed to evaluate the teaching effect.At the end of the study,the subjective evaluation of students’satisfaction with teaching was assessed.Results There were no significant difference at day 1 in the study between the two groups(P>0.05).In the study of days 15 and 30,the scores of image reading skills in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The experimental group undergraduates’satisfaction were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intelligent lesion marking system has a good application in image reading teaching of nuclear medicine.
