“组团式”援疆工作中麻醉科教学及人才培养的经验及思考

摘　　要：为了助力新疆医疗卫生事业更好更快更高质量的发展,中国医科大学按照辽宁省委统一要求,自2016年4月开始采取“以校包院、以院包科”的形式对新疆维吾尔自治区塔城地区人民医院进行全面的“组团式”医疗支援。为了更好地落实国家医疗人才“组团式”援疆工作,加强援疆工作中麻醉科专业技术人才的培养,总结教学经验,思考存在的问题,总结了2016年4月—2020年4月中国医科大学对口援助新疆塔城地区人民医院期间在麻醉科人才教育及培养方面所做的工作并进行分析,以期为今后更好地做好医疗援疆工作提供帮助及参考。In order to help the medical undertakings in Xinjiang better and faster development of higher quality.In accordance with the unified requirements of Liaoning provincial party committee,China Medical University began to provide comprehensive“group mode”medical support to the People’s Hospital in Tacheng district of Xinjiang uygur autonomous region in the form of“the university guarantees the hospital and the hospital guarantees the department”since April 2016.In order to better implement the national medical talent“group mode”Xinjiang to work,to strengthen the cultivation of the professional and technical personnel in Xinjiang anesthesiology,summarize the teaching experience,thinking the problems,this article summarizes and analyzes the work done in the education and training of anesthesiologists during the period from April 2016 to April 2020 that China Medical University assisted the People's Hospital of Tacheng District in Xinjiang,in order to provide help and reference for better medical aid to Xinjiang in the future.
