中药注射剂不良反应特点及成因分析

摘　　要：目的探析中药注射剂不良反应特点及其成因,为临床合理用药提供可靠的治疗依据。方法整理本院2016年1月—2019年12月中药注射不良反应患者病例55例,对其使用中药注射剂所产生的不良反应及其成因进行分析。结果不良反应事件平均发生时间(5.4±2.3)d,不良反应发生在给药30 min左右患者34例,占比61.8%;所有患者在不良反应发生后均给予停药与对症诊治,症状均得以缓解和恢复,病程发生延长患者共8例,未有后遗症及死亡情况。结论中药注射剂在临床使用中存在多发性与普遍性特点,其临床表现不仅具有多样性,还存在不可预知性与不确定性,受产品批次差异因素影响,产品不良反应发生率较为高,因此,加强中药注射剂的临床合理应用是至关重要的。Objective To analyze the characteristics and causes of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injections,and to provide reliable treatment basis for rational clinical use of drugs.Methods Fifty-five cases of adverse reactions of Chinese medicine injection in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were analyzed,and the adverse reactions and their causes caused by the use of Chinese medicine injection were analyzed.Results The average time of occurrence of adverse events was(5.4±2.3)days.The adverse reactions occurred in 34 patients about 30 minutes after administration,accounting for 61.8%.All patients were given drug withdrawal and symptomatic treatment after the adverse reactions occurred,and the symptoms were alleviated and recovery,8 patients with prolonged disease course,no sequelae and death.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine injection has multiple and universal characteristics in clinical use.Its clinical manifestations are not only diverse,but also unpredictable and uncertain.It is affected by the differences in product batches and the incidence of adverse reactions is relatively high.It is vital to strengthen the rational clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine injections.
