摘  要:研究冻胶湿法路线制备时纺丝温度、溶胀温度、螺杆转速对于纤维强度的影响,通过设计正交试验确定最佳纺丝工艺。通过配置质量分数分别为12%和16%的纺丝溶液,研究黏均分子质量为57×10^(4)-330×10^(4)g/mol的超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)树脂在不同纺丝溶液质量分数条件下制备成的纤维。结果表明:影响纺丝强度的因素依次为溶胀温度、纺丝温度、螺杆转速。采用黏均分子质量为200×10^(4)g/mol左右的UHMWPE树脂,纺丝溶液质量分数为16%,制备的纤维断裂强度达到29 cN/dtex。The influence of spinning temperature,swelling temperature,and screw speed parameters on the fiber strength by wet gel spinning was studied,and the optimal spinning process was determined by orthogonal design experiments.By configuring the spinning solutions with mass fractions of 12%and 16%,the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)resin with a viscosity average molecular weight of 57×10^(4)-330×10^(4)g/mol was studied under different spinning solution mass fractions.The results show that the factors affecting the spinning strength are swelling temperature,spinning temperature,and screw speed in order.Using UHMWPE resin with a viscosity-average relative molecular weight of about 200×10^(4)g/mol,the mass fraction of the spinning solution is 16%,and the breaking strength of the prepared fiber is 29 cN/dtex.
