摘 要:目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者在治疗过程中胸部CT影像表现变化特征。方法回顾性分析我院附属第一医院收治的实验室确诊为COVID-19患者的胸部CT影像表现。比较各期病灶分布、肺叶累及、病灶CT特点、肺外累及情况。结果22例患者胸部CT检查共计80次,病灶多呈两肺外周分布。一期病变多呈磨玻璃密度影;二期病灶密度增高,多呈磨玻璃影并部分实变影,且多数病例病灶范围增大;三期病灶密度略减低,并出现较多条索影;四期病灶以磨玻璃密度影及部分实变影为主,且有更多条索灶形成。其中,空气支气管征二期多见,小结节影三~四期多见。结论不同时期病灶的分布、密度和范围呈现一定规律,胸部CT对临床治疗具有重要参考价值。Objective To explore the chest CT imaging manifestations in patients with corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)from disease onset to the cure.Methods A retrospective analysis was perfomed on chest CT images of the patients who had laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 and were hospitalized in First Affiliated Hospital of Hubei University of Science and Technology.A total of 80 chest CT scans were divided into 4 stages,namely stage 1(0~4 days),stage 2(5~9 days),stage 3(10~14 days),and stage 4(over 14 days).The differenced in dynamic changes in chest CT and the image characteristic based on CT findings were compared among the 4 stages.Results A total of 80 chest CT examinations were performed on 22 patients.The lesions were mostly distributed on the periphery of both lungs.In stage 1,ground-glass opacities(GGO)was found frequently in patients.In stage 2,the density and the range of lesions increased in most cases,and showed ground-glass opacities(GGO)and partial consolidation.In stage 3,the density of the lesions slightly decreased,and several fibrosis was firstly found in this stage;In stage 4,more fibrosis lesions were formed,and the inflammation changed with ground glass density shadows and some solid transformation shadows.Among them,the air bronchial sign is more common in the stage 2,and the small nodular shadow is more common in the stages 3 and 4.Conclusion The distribution,density and range of inflammation lesions had special characteristic in each stage.Chest CT could reflect dynamic changes in each stages and had great value on clinical treatment.
