摘 要:以某变频压缩机电机铁心用无取向硅钢为研究对象,分别采用纯N_(2)气氛去应力退火和DX气氛去应力退火+发蓝工艺对材料进行热处理,退火工艺均为780℃均热2 h。采用SEM、EDAX、XRD等手段表征了热处理后硅钢片表面涂层及氧化层的形貌和组成,用GDS分析了试样表层沿厚度方向的C浓度分布,并测试了其磁性能。结果表明,纯N_(2)气氛退火后硅钢片涂层局部产生裂纹,无明显内氧化层;DX气氛退火+发蓝处理后试样涂层出现大面积裂纹,存在明显且连续的内氧化层,且表层下0.5μm深度范围有轻微渗碳。随着磁极化强度J m的增大,两种热处理工艺对硅钢片铁损的改善幅度均逐渐降低,当J m≥1.3 T时,DX气氛退火+发蓝工艺对硅钢铁损改善幅度急剧降低,且J m超过1.6 T时,试样铁损甚至出现恶化。The non-oriented silicon steel used for the motor core of a frequency conversion compressor was heat treated by stress relief annealing(SRA)in N_(2) atmosphere and SRA in DX atmosphere+bluing process,respectively,and the annealing condition for both processes is 780℃×2 h.The morphology and composition of the surface coating and oxide layer of the silicon steel plates before and after heat treatment were characterized by SEM,EDAX,XRD,the carbon concentration profile along the thickness direction of the samples was analyzed by GDS,and the magnetic properties were also tested.The results show that after SRA treatment in N_(2) atmosphere,local cracks are observed on the surface coating of silicon steel plate,but no evident internal oxide layer is detected.After SRA in DX atmosphere+bluing treatment,a large area of cracks appears on the coating surface of the sample,and the continuous internal oxide layer is observed;meanwhile,slight carburization about 0.5μm in depth from the surface is detected.With the increase of magnetic polarization intensity J m,the improvement of iron loss of as-treated silicon steel plates gradually decreases,especially for the sample treated by SRA in DX atmosphere+bluing process.When J m≥1.3 T,the iron loss improvement of the sample decreases sharply,and the corresponding iron loss even deteriorates when J m exceeds 1.6 T.
