摘　　要：建设中药企业研发集群有助于提高上海的新药研发能力,推动上海科创中心建设。上海应以浦东张江药谷为中心,引进一批正在进行产业转型、注重研发的中医药老字号企业和上市集团,充分把握高科技园区自身的政策红利,在药谷中设立中医药专属研发片区,吸引国内中药企业在沪开设研发中心,使其成为上海本土中药企业的标杆,形成区域内良性竞争。Building R&D clusters for Chinese medicine enterprises can help improve Shanghai’s new drug R&D capacity and promote the construction of Shanghai’s science and innovation center.Shanghai should take Zhangjiang Pharmaceutical Valley in Pudong as the center,introduce a number of well-established Chinese medicine enterprises and listed groups that are undergoing industrial transformation and focusing on R&D,fully grasp the policy dividends of the high-tech park itself,set up an exclusive R&D zone for Chinese medicine in the valley,attract domestic Chinese medicine enterprises to open R&D centers in Shanghai,become a benchmark for local Chinese medicine enterprises in Shanghai,and form healthy competition in the region.
