摘　　要：秉承推进长三角高质量一体化发展的战略要求,借助文旅融合发展契机,将以文旅促进一体化发展作为区域协作的重要抓手,遵循利益共享、平等协作、整体优化的原则,政府引导、企业跟进,共同制定长三角区域文旅发展战略,在区域层面整合资源,优化产业布局,构建利益分配与协调机制,建设具有示范意义的区域协同创新“文旅模式”,打造内部高效互通、外部高度互联的世界级高品质旅游目的地。Adhering to the strategic requirements of promoting the high-quality integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta,with the opportunity of integrating the development of cultural tourism,we will promote the integrated development of cultural tourism as an important grasp of regional cooperation,follow the principles of benefit sharing,equal cooperation and overall optimization,with government guidance and enterprise follow-up,jointly formulate the development strategy of cultural tourism in the Yangtze River Delta region,integrate resources at the regional level,optimize the industrial layout,build a benefit distribution and coordination mechanism,build a model of regional cooperation and innovation“cultural tourism model”,and create a world-class high-quality tourism destination with efficient internal communication and high external interconnection.
