基于数据挖掘技术对《普济方》中治疗头痛方剂的用药规律分析

摘　　要：按照纳入标准收集《普济方》中治疗头痛的方剂并录入中医传承辅助平台,采用软件集成的数据挖掘方法,对录入方剂进行性味归经、用药频次、用药规律的分析,并筛选出治疗头痛的新处方。通过筛选,《普济方》中治疗头痛方剂共925首,包含药物372味。药性以寒温为主,药味以辛、甘、苦为主,主要入肺、脾、胃、心、肝、肾经;使用频次≥72(1%)的药物29味;支持度个数≥55的药物组合42对,基于关联规则置信度≥0.7的药物组合13对;筛选出新核心组合20组,演化得到新处方10个。分析《普济方》中治疗头痛方剂的用药规律及新方演化,对临床辨证治疗头痛提供了数据支持,为临床新方剂的研发提供了线索和参考。According to the inclusion criteria,the prescriptions for treating headache in Puji Fang (Prescriptions for Universal Relief) were collected and entered into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform (TCMISS).The software integrated data mining technology was used to analyze the channel tropism,medication frequency and regularities of the entered prescriptions and to screen out some new prescriptions for headache treatment.After screening,925 prescriptions for headache treatment in Puji Fang were selected,including 372 kinds of medicines.The properties of those concerned medicines are mainly cold and warm and their tastes are mainly pungent,sweet and bitter,mainly entering lung,spleen,stomach,heart,liver and kidney meridians.Among the concerned medicines,there are 29 herbs with frequency more than or equal to 72 (1%),42 herb combinations with support number more than or equal to 55,13 herb combinations with confidence degree more than or equal to 0.7 based on association rules.20 groups of new core combinations were screened out and 10 new prescriptions were evolved.The analysis on the medication regularities of headache-treating prescriptions in Puji Fang and the evolution of new prescriptions have provided data support for clinical headache treatment based on syndrome differentiation,and have provided clues and references for the research and development of new clinical prescriptions.
