白前的临床应用及其用量探究

摘　　要：通过搜集古医籍及现代医家临证经验及临床应用,总结出白前具有以下临床应用特点:汤剂用量范围为3~69 g,常用范围为8~30 g。结合病种、证型、症状选择其最佳剂量,如祛痰降气、止咳平喘,治疗咳嗽、哮喘等,为3~30 g;肃降肺气,治疗代谢综合征、淋巴瘤胸腹水等,为9~69 g。根据病种、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如祛痰降气、止咳平喘常配伍桔梗、紫菀、紫苏子、杏仁、葶苈子、百部、浙贝母、半夏、前胡、桑白皮等;肃降肺气常配伍杏仁、桔梗、紫菀等。By collecting and summarizing the clinical experience and applications of ancient medical books and modern physicians,it is concluded that willowleaf rhizome has the following characteristics concerning its clinical applications:Its clinical dosage range in decoction is 3-69 g,and the commonly used dosage is 8-30 g.The best dosage is determined according to varying diseases,syndrome types and symptoms.For instance,when used for dispelling phlegm and descending qi,relieving cough and dyspnea to treat cough,asthma,the dosage is 3-30 g.For purifying and descending lung qi to treat metabolic syndrome,lymphoma with hydrothorax and ascites,the dosage is 9-69 g.According to different diseases,syndrome types and symptoms,it is combined with corresponding Chinese medicines.For example,for dispelling phlegm and descending qi,relieving cough and dyspnea,it is often compatible with platycodon root,tatarian aster root,perilla fruit,bitter apricot seed,tansymustard seed,stemona root,thunberbg fritillary bulb,pinellia tuber,hogfennel root,white mulberry root-bark,etc.For purifying and descending lung qi,it is compatible with bitter apricot seed,platycodon root,tatarian aster root,etc.
