Objective To explore the values of 2DSTI in the evaluation of cardiac contractile function in patients with HF.Methods 30 patients with HF diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the heart failure group and 30 subjects without cardiovascular disease during the same period were selected as the control group. Both groups were examined by the two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging technology. The prognosis of the heart failure group was followed up and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results The LVEF,SRc and SRa of the heart failure group were significantly lower, while the LVEDD and SRs were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).LVEF,LVEDD,SRs,SRc and SRa were all significantly correlated with prognosis (P<0.05).LVEF,SRc and SRa were the main influencing factors of prognosis (P<0.05).Conclusion The two-dimensional speckle-tracking imaging technology has the advantages of rapid,accurate,non-invasive and objective evaluation of cardiac systolic function in patients with heart failure, and can predict patients’ prognosis.
