中医个性化护理在胃大切术后早期肠内营养患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中医个性化护理在胃大切术后早期肠内营养患者中的应用效果分析。方法选取2016年12月-2018年12月在我院胃肠外科进行胃大部手术切除的60例胃癌患者为研究对象,根据随机分配的原则分为观察组和对照组。对照组术后采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上联合中医个性化护理。比较2组围手术期焦虑情绪评分、术后胃电图慢波变化以及术后胃肠道恢复情况。结果观察组的SAS、SDS、VAS评分均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃电波恢复时间明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后首次进食、下床时间和总住院时间均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胃大切术后早期营养患者应用中医个性化护理模式,可明显降低患者围手术期的负面情绪、缩短术后胃慢波恢复时间,促进胃肠道功能恢复,缩短住院时间。Objective To explore the effect of personalized nursing of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of early enteral nutrition in patients after gastrectomy.Methods 60 patients with gastric cancer,who underwent gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018,were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing after surgery,while the patients in the observation group received TCM personalized nursing on the basis of the control group.The perioperative anxiety score,postoperative slow wave changes of electrogastrograph and postoperative gastrointestinal recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS,SDS,and VAS scores of the observation group were all significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The gastric wave recovery time of the observation group was significantly shortened,with a significant difference (P<0.05).The time of first eating,getting out of bed and total hospitalization time of the observation group were all significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM personalized nursing to early enteral nutrition patients after gastrectomy can significantly reduce negative emotions of perioperative patients,shorten gastric slow wave recovery time,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal functions,and shorten the hospital stay.
