接纳与承诺理念护理干预对糖尿病视网膜病变患者生活质量的影响观察

摘　　要：目的探讨接纳与承诺理念护理干预在糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者中的应用效果及对生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年6月-2018年6月我院收治的194例DR患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=96)和观察组(n=98)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予基于接纳与承诺理念的护理干预。比较2组治疗的依从性、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、视功能损害眼病患者生活质量量表评分以及患者满意情况。结果观察组治疗依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均较干预前显著下降,且低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组生活质量评分均高于干预前,且高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于接纳与承诺理念的护理干预可有效提高DR患者治疗依从性,减轻患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of acceptance-commitment concept nursing intervention on patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR)and its influence on quality of life.Methods A total of 194 DR patients,admitted to the hospital from June 2016 to June 2018,were enrolled as research subjects and divided into control group(n=96)and observation group(n=98)by using a random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given acceptance-commitment concept nursing intervention.Treatment compliance,scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),quality of life scale,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those before intervention and than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the life quality score of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05);the patient satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on the acceptance-commitment concept can effectively improve treatment compliance of DR patients,alleviate their anxiety and depression,and improve quality of life.
