摘　　要：目的探讨围手术期抗血栓护理干预对预防老年子宫内膜癌患者深静脉血栓的效果。方法选取老年子宫内膜癌患者80例,并随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上加以围手术期抗血栓护理干预。比较2组术前、术后Autar评分,术后LEDVT、PE的发生率,及术前、术后48 h和术后72 h的凝血指标检测PT、APTT、FIB的检测结果的对比分析。结果在各组内比较,术前低度危险、中度危险和术前高度危险的例数与术后比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后LEDVT、PE的发生率明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围手术期抗血栓护理干预能有效降低老年子宫内膜癌患者LEDVT、PE的发生率,改善患者凝血指标,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of perioperative anti-thrombotic nursing intervention on preventing deep venous thrombosis in elderly patients with endometrial cancer.Methods Eighty elderly patients with endometrial cancer were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group was given routine nursing care,while the experimental group was given perioperative anti-thrombotic nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing care.Preoperative and postoperative Autar scores,postoperative LEDVT,PE incidence,and the contrastive analysis of the results of PT,APTT and FIB on the coagulation index before operation and at postoperative 48 h and 72 h were compared between the two groups.Results In either group,there was statistically significant difference in the preoperative-postoperative number of cases of low risk,moderate risk and high risk(P<0.05).The postoperative incidence rates of LEDVT and PE in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative anti-thrombotic nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of LEDVT and PE in elderly patients with endometrial cancer and improve the coagulation index.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
