摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发以来,由于其传染力强,人群普遍易感,严重影响了群众的正常工作、生活及就医诊疗。通过文献回顾,结合新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控临床护理管理实践经验,从完善组织结构建立护理应急梯队、完善优化工作流程规范管理、住院患者的管理、手术患者的管理、出院患者的随访等五个方面总结了疫情下普通住院患者有效的管理策略。该管理策略为公立医院在疫情下开展普通住院患者的日常诊疗工作提供了方法指导和参考。Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,the population is generally susceptible due to its strong infection power,which has seriously affected the normal work,life and medical treatment of the masses.Through literature review and combining the practical experience of clinical nursing management in the prevention and control of the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,this paper summarizes the following five effective management strategies of ordinary inpatients under the circumstance of the epidemic:perfecting the organizational structure to establish a nursing emergency echelon,improving and optimizing work flow to standardize management,management of inpatients,management of patients with surgery,follow-up of discharged patients,etc.It is supposed that the above management strategies may provide methodological guidance and reference for public hospitals to carry out daily diagnosis and treatment for ordinary inpatients in the situation of epidemic.
