摘 要:从质控组织、诊疗规范、质控指标、质控标准、质量安全教育、质量安全评估及考核等6个方面搭建医疗质量控制体系。经实践,健全了决策-控制-执行的三级质控组织架构,提高了全员参与质量管理意识,使质量管理工作全面铺开,患者就医体验明显改善。但仍需进一步明确管理方法和重点,建立立体、全面的质量管理体系,实现全程全时质量监控,不断提升患者就医获得感。The medical quality control system was constructed from six aspects of the quality control organization,diagnosis and treatment norms,quality control indicators,quality control standards,quality and safety education,quality and safety evaluation and assessment.Through the practice,the three-level quality control organization structure of decision-making,control and execution had been improved,the awareness level of all staff participating in quality management had been improved,the quality management work had been fully spread out,and the patient's medical treatment experience had been significantly improved.However,it was still necessary to further clarify the management methods and key points,establish a three-dimensional total quality management system,realize whole process and whole-time quality monitoring,and continuously improve patients'sense of access to medical treatment.
