摘 要:为进一步规范质控中心管理,强化其质控职能,设立专职管理部门,建立健全规章制度,更新完善质量控制标准,制定多维度评价指标,并强化个人考核。经实践,质控中心管理日趋规范,各质控中心工作水平不断提高,实现了质控中心成员动态化管理。但评价指标还应进一步细化,建立更加客观的个人工作绩效评价指标,并加大信息化建设力度。In order to further standardize the management of the quality control center,measures were taken to strengthen its quality control function,set up a full-time management department,establish and improve rules and regulations,update and improve quality control standards,formulate multi-dimensional evaluation indexes,and strengthen individual assessment.Through practice,the management of quality control center was becoming more and more standardized,the quality control center work level was constantly improved,and the quality control center members had realized dynamic management.However,the evaluation index should be further refined,more objective individual performance evaluation index should be established,and the informatization construction should be further strengthened.
