摘　　要：从物理因素、生物因素、化学因素、社会心理因素和自身因素等5个方面分析了病案管理工作者职业暴露的危险因素,并针对性地提出防护措施:增强安全防护意识;建立职业防护管理制度;加强职业暴露知识培训;坚持全面消毒和标准预防;充分利用网络信息技术等。This paper analyzed the risk factors of occupational exposure of medical record management workers from five aspects of physical factors,biological factors,chemical factors,psychosocial factors and personal factors.The protective measures were put forward including to increase awareness of safety protection;establish the occupational protection management system;strengthen vocational exposure knowledge training;adhere to comprehensive disinfection and standard prevention;make full use of network information technology,etc.
