摘　　要：目的探索“互联网+护理服务”安全管理模式,分析其实践效果。方法通过构建组织架构、制定制度和流程、确定运行模式、研发信息平台、建立风险评估机制、提供安全保障、建立考核评价体系,保障护患安全。结果2019年8月-2020年6月“互联网+护理服务”开展过程中未发生护理不良事件,患者总体满意度为(4.89±0.72)分(满分5分),护士认为“互联网+护理服务”安全管理模式具有安全性和可靠性。结论“互联网+护理服务”安全管理模式运行有效,保障了护理质量和安全,但仍需创新发展。Objective To explore the nursing safety management model of"Internet plus nursing service"and analyze practice effect.Methods To ensure nurse-patient safety,it was necessary to establish organizational structure,formulate systems and procedures,determine operation mode,research and development information platform,establish risk assessment mechanism,provide security guarantee and establish assessment and evaluation system.Results There was no nursing adverse event during the implement of"Internet plus nursing service"from August 2019 to June 2020.The overall score of patient satisfaction was 4.89±0.72(the full score was 5).Nurses believed that the"Internet plus nursing service"safety management mode was safe and reliable.Conclusion The safety management mode of"Internet plus nursing service"is effective and it can guarantee the high quality and safety of nursing,but innovation is still needed.
