摘　　要：根据《三级综合医院评审标准(2011年版)》要求,结合医院护理质量管理运行流程,护理部和信息中心设计了护理质量管理信息系统,包括任务分配、质量检查、分析与追踪、任务进度查看、查询与统计等5大功能。应用后,护理工作效率提高,护理质量评分提升,不良事件上报率提高,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。应用护理质量管理信息系统有利于开展护理工作,提高护理质量,但仍需进一步完善优化,进行成本核算评价。According to the requirements of the Evaluation Standard of Tertiary General Hospital(2011 edition),combining with the actual operation of the hospital nursing quality management process,the Nursing Department and the Information Center designed the nursing quality management information system,including five functions of task assignment,quality inspection,analysis and tracking,task progress viewing,inquiry and statistics.After application,nursing efficiency,nursing quality score and adverse event reporting rate were improved with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The application of nursing quality management information system is conducive to carrying out nursing work and improving nursing quality,but it still needs to be further improved and optimized to carry out cost accounting evaluation.
