摘　　要：目的分析南宁市新冠肺炎疫情初期电话招募情况,为突发公共卫生事件下保障血液供应提供参考。方法于2020年2月3日-3月13日随机抽取既往合格献血者进行电话招募,分析献血者性别、年龄、职业、学历、类型对电话接听率、许诺应邀率、15天内实际应邀率的影响。结果统计时段内,电话招募4652人次,占献血总人次的45.04%;献血量8738.25 U,占献血总量的46.88%。共计拨打41407名符合条件的献血者电话,26780名接听了电话,电话接听率为64.68%;9991名献血者表示愿意献血,许诺应邀率为37.31%;15天内前来献血者2442名,15天内实际应邀率为24.44%。献血者性别、年龄、职业、学历、类型对电话接听率、许诺应邀率、15天内实际应邀率均有影响。结论电话招募对特殊时期缓解血液紧张有积极意义,招募效率与献血群体分布特征、既往献血情况等多种因素相关,开展应急招募时应考虑上述方面的差异并制定相应措施。Objective To analyze the telephone recruitment situation in the early stage of the COVID-19 to provide reference for ensuring blood supply during public health emergency.Methods Previous qualified blood donors from February 3 to March 13,2020 were randomly selected for telephone recruitment,and the influence of blood donors'gender,age,occupation,education background and type on telephone answer rate,promised invitation rate and actual invitation rate within 15 days were analyzed.Results During the statistical period,4652 person-times were recruited by telephone,accounting for 45.04%of the total number of blood donors.The blood donation volume was 8738.25 U,accounting for 46.88%of the total blood donation volume.A total of 41407 eligible blood donors were called with 26780 response and the telephone answering rate of 64.68%.A total of 9991 blood donors expressed their willingness to donate blood,with an invitation rate of 37.31%.Among the 2442 blood donors who came within 15 days,the actual invitation rate within 15 days was 24.44%.The gender,age,occupation,educational background and type of blood donors all had influences on the telephone answering rate,the promised invitation rate and the actual invitation rate within 15 days.Conclusion Telephone recruitment is of positive significance for alleviating blood tension in a special period.The recruitment efficiency is related to various factors such as the distribution characteristics of blood donors and previous blood donation.The above differences should be taken into account and corresponding measures should be formulated when carrying out emergency recruitment.
