摘　　要：本文对2020年血液净化领域临床研究的进展作摘选及简评。主要进展包括COVID-19肺炎并发严重急性肾损伤的血液净化治疗、连续性肾脏替代治疗的起始时机和最佳净超滤率、枸橼酸抗凝对预后的影响、血浆分离疗法治疗ANCA相关血管炎、药物涂层球囊治疗动静脉内瘘狭窄和动静脉内瘘建立中的区域麻醉方面。这些方面的进展将有可能改进血液净化的临床实践。This article is an excerpt and a brief review of the clinical research progress in the field of blood purification in 2020.The main progress included blood purification treatment for COVID-19 pneumonia complicated with severe acute kidney injury,the initiation time and the optimal net ultrafiltration rate of continuous kidney replacement therapy,the effect of citrate anticoagulation on the prognosis,plasmapheresis therapy for ANCA-associated vasculitis,drug-coated balloon treatment of arteriovenous fistula stenosis,and regional anesthesia in the establishment of arteriovenous fistula.Advances in these areas will make it possible to improve the clinical practice of blood purification.
