摘 要:设计了符合现场实际情况的无线微震实时监测预警系统方案,为巴玉隧道进、出口正洞和平导提供了安全预警技术。结果表明:对于特长深埋高岩爆风险隧道,利用无线网桥设备进行微震监测安全预警,可以实时掌握隧道内服务器及微震监测系统运行情况,微震系统采集数据可通过无线网桥传输到监测平台,以便及时处理,提高了微震监测预警工作效率;根据现场实际情况,无线网桥随着隧道掌子面开挖移动,并在隧道内任何地方可以实时实地访问信息,安装容易,节省建网时间;基于微震信息的时空演化规律可有效预警潜在岩爆风险的区域和等级,有效避免或降低了岩爆的发生,对现场岩爆进行更有效调控。Based on explosion characteristics of deep buried tunnel of high rock expertise,this paper designed the wireless microseismic safety warning system in line with the actual situation.The field practice shows that the warning system is effective and feasible,it provides security warning technology guide for entrance and exit holes of Bayu tunnel.The application results show that for the risk of explosion of deep buried tunnel in high rock strengths,using wireless bridge safety warning device can control the real-time operating condition of server and microseismic monitoring system in the tunnel.The microseismic system can collect data and transfer to the bridge monitoring platform through wireless to carry out timely processing,it improves the work efficiency of microseismic monitoring and early warning.Based on the actual situation,the wireless bridge with free mobile bridge can move with the tunnel face in tunnel location,so that you can access real-time field information anywhere,it is also easy for installation,and saves construction time.The temporal and spatial evolution rule based on microseismic information can effectively predict the regional and grade of potential rock burst risk,effectively avoid or reduce the occurrence of rock burst,and effectively control the rock burst at site.
