摘 要:实验室安全是高校教学与科研活动正常开展的基本保障,也是高校工作的红线。详细介绍了“三个面向、一个确保、七个分级”的实验室安全“三一七”管理模式。实验室安全工作要“面向提升人员安全素质、面向消除实验室安全隐患、面向提升安全管理能力”;要“确保实验室安全平稳运行”,实施“制度上分级落实责任,管理上分级厘清职责,科研实验室分级区别管控,安全准入分级强化教育,化学品分级掌控危险源头,仪器设备分级化解安全风险,检查分级排查消除隐患”。并对今后完善实验室安全管理工作进行了思考。Laboratory safety is a basic guarantee for the regular teaching and research activities,also is a red line for university work.In this paper,firstly,the“3-1-7”management model is introduced,i.e.,“three facings,one insurance,seven classifications”.In order to ensure safe and smooth running of laboratory,safety work must face to improve personnel safety quality,eliminate laboratory safety hazards,and enhance safety management capability.Classification management is applied in practice,such as institutions classification to identify responsibilities,management classification to clarify duty,research laboratory classification to distinguish control,safety admittance classification to strengthen education,chemical classification to control hazard,equipment classification to eliminate safety risks,check classification to eliminate hidden dangers.At last,future laboratory safety work plans are suggested,the plans include strengthening information construction,exploring potential safety management roles of postgraduate,enhancing laboratory safety management team development and as well as establishing laboratory safety training center.
