摘  要:为了揭示高性能磷酸镁水泥修补料性能,采用控制变量的方法,探究了不同碱酸比例下、不同复合缓凝剂掺量下高性能磷酸镁水泥粘结性、强度、耐久性以及工作性能,得出相关结论如下:高性能磷酸镁水泥修补料最佳碱酸比例为4∶1、最佳复合缓凝剂掺量为8%。综合宏微观研究表明:最佳酸碱比例、最佳复合缓凝剂作用下微观形貌晶相排布趋于密实,其粘结性、强度、耐久性最优。To reveal the performance of high-performance magnesium phosphate cement repair materials,our research is based on controlling the variables,upon the basis which explored in paper are the cohesiveness,strength,durability and working performance of high-performance magnesium phosphate cement repair materials with different alkali-acid ratios and different dosages of composite retarder,from which obtained are following relevant conclusions:the optimal alkaline-acid ratio of high-performance magnesium phosphate cement repair material is 4∶1;the optimal compound retarder for high-performance magnesium phosphate cement repair material is 8%.The comprehensive macro-micro conclusions show that the micro-morphology crystal phase arrangement tends to be denser under the action of the best acid-base ratio and the best composite retarder,and in that case,its adhesion,strength and durability are optimal.
