摘  要:沈阳地铁十号线九标新建盾构区间上跨既有隧道,上跨段距始发端仅有23 m左右,新建线距离既有线最短间距131 mm。采取如下技术措施:增加临时竖井处理既有线隧道初支小导管,为盾构上跨提供空间条件;在既有线上跨前通过临时竖井进行深孔注浆加固,对既有线轨行区采取临时加固结构,有效的保证了既有线的正常运行和结构安全;通过合理设定盾构土压力、精确的控制盾构穿越过程姿态、有效控制同步注浆及二次补浆,保证盾构开挖面稳定、有效控制围岩变形,为准确的上跨既有线提供了强有力的保证。顺利完成施工,为同类型工程提供借鉴。The newly-built section to be shield-tunneled of the 9th contracted section of Line 10 of Shenyang Metro is over an existing tunnel,the distance between the upper span and the starting point is only about 23 m,and the shortest distance between the new line and the existing line is 131 mm.In such a case,the following technical measures have to be taken:adding temporary shafts to deal with the primary branch small conduits of the tunnel of the existing line to provide space conditions for the upper-spanning of the shield machine;before upper-spanning the existing line,the deep-hole grouting is carried out through the temporary shafts for consolidation and the temporary strengthening structure is added to the existing track area,which effectively ensure the normal operation and structural safety of the existing line.By reasonably setting the earth pressure of the shield,the attitude of the shield in the course of passing through is accurately controlled,and the synchronous grouting and the secondary grouting are both effectively controlled,with the stability of the excavation face of the shield and the deformation of the surrounding rock well guaranteed.All the above-mentioned technical measures powerfully ensure the accurate over-spanning of the existing line and successful completion of the project construction.The project may well serve as a useful reference for other projects of the same type.
