摘  要:石墨烯拉曼特征峰的峰位,常被用来定性表征层数、掺杂和堆垛方式等特性参量。因此,需要对其进行准确、可比的测量。介绍了石墨烯材料测试方法-拉曼光谱法国内比对的情况,简要说明了比对采用的标准物质及仪器校准方法。同时介绍了主导实验室数据处理和比对结果的评判原则,分析了比对中不确定度来源,并对不确定度进行了评定,分析了参比实验室的数据,结果表明参加实验室的测量结果与参考值之差在合理的预期之内,说明比对过程严谨、比对方法正确、结果可信。The peak positions of graphene Raman characteristic peaks are often used to qualitatively characterize characteristic parameters such as layer number,doping,and stacking.Therefore,accurate and comparable measurements of them are needed.The domestic comparison of the graphene material testing method,that is,the Raman spectroscopy method is introduced,and the reference materials and instrument calibration methods used for the comparison are briefly described.The data of the participating laboratories were analyzed,and the results showed that the differences between the measurement results and the reference values of the participating laboratories were within reasonable expectations,indicating that the comparison method was accurate and reliable.
