摘 要:红外光谱法是表征石墨烯、氧化石墨烯和还原氧化石墨烯所含官能团种类最常用的方法,因此,红外光谱峰位的确定尤为重要,需要保证红外光谱仪在可靠状态下,通过一致测量方法进行测试。提出了采用聚苯乙烯标准物质对红外光谱仪进行线性校准的方法,通过优化实验参数确定了石墨烯材料的最佳测量条件,分析了测试结果不确定度来源及其量值评定。此研究不仅提出了可靠的校准方法,还获得了合适的测试条件,为石墨烯材料红外光谱的准确测量提供了可靠的参考。Infrared spectroscopy is the most common method to characterize the types of functional groups contained in graphene,graphene oxide,and reduced graphene oxide.Therefore,the determination of the peak position of the infrared spectrum is particularly important,and it is necessary to ensure that the infrared spectrometer is in a reliable state to pass the test by consistent measurement methods.This paper proposes a method for linear calibration of infrared spectrometers using polystyrene reference materials,determines the best measurement conditions for graphene materials through optimization of experimental parameters,and analyzes the source of uncertainty in the test results and their evaluation of the value.This research not only proposes a reliable calibration method but also obtains suitable test conditions,which provides a reliable reference for the accurate measurement of the infrared spectrum of graphene materials.
