摘 要:我国牧草种植业是当前农业结构调整的重点项目之一,虽然牧草业处于刚起步阶段,发展势头迅猛,但高性能牧草加工机械在我国尚属空白,制约了牧草业的发展,松散的草捆不易运输贮存,难以实现商品化,将散乱的干草压制成高密度草捆后运输和贮存,能够达到降低生产成本的目的。论述了按不同压捆紧密度区分的3种压捆机的构造、性能、使用和作业方式,为我国牧草压捆技术提供了一定的理论储备。The forage planting industry in China is one of the key projects in the current agricultural structure adjustment.Although the forage industry is in its infancy and developing rapidly,the high-performance forage processing machinery is still blank in China,which restricts the development of the forage industry.Loose and loose bales are difficult to transport and store,and it is difficult to realize commercialization.The scattered hay can be compressed into high-density bales for transportation and storage,which can achieve the purpose of reducing production costs.In this paper,the structure,performance,use and operation modes of three kinds of balers according to different baler tightness were discussed,which provided a certain theoretical reserve for herbage baler technology in China.
