摘　　要：目的观察来曲唑联合麒麟丸治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的效果观察及对性激素和妊娠结局的影响。方法将142例多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组71例。对照组采用来曲唑治疗,治疗组采用来曲唑联合麒麟丸治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、卵巢体积、子宫内膜厚度、性激素、排卵情况及妊娠结局。结果观察组的总有效率、排卵率、妊娠率、正常分娩率、成熟卵泡平均直径、成熟卵泡个数均高于对照组(P<0.05),血清黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)及卵巢体积均低于对照组(P<0.05),子宫内膜厚度显著大于对照组(P<0.05),卵泡成熟时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论来曲唑联合麒麟丸治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的效果显著,能有效调节患者性激素,促进排卵,改善妊娠结局。Objective To investigate the effect of letrozole combined with Kirin pill on infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome and its effect on sex hormone and pregnancy outcome.Methods 142 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 71 cases in each group.The control group was treated with letrozole,and the treatment group was treated with letrozole combined with Qilin pills.The treatment effect,ovarian volume,endometrial thickness,sex hormones,ovulation status and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,normal delivery rate,average diameter of mature follicles,and number of mature follicles in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Serum luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T)and The ovarian volume was lower than the control group(P<0.05),the endometrial thickness was significantly thicker than the control group(P<0.05),and the follicle maturation time was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of letrozole combined with Kirin pill on infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome is remarkable,which can effectively regulate the sex hormone of patients,promote ovulation and improve the outcome of pregnancy.
