摘  要:在进行加工钻头螺旋槽的砂轮截形的干涉误差分析中,按照磨床加工时钻头、砂轮和机床的相对位置,建立了加工螺旋槽的砂轮的数学模型,提出了砂轮截形的反求理论;基于砂轮截形的反求理论,定量分析求得干涉值ΔR;采用Matlab进行数组间的运算及坐标变换,求得砂轮截形的散点图及拟合图,通过拟合图上的坐标值得出了砂轮截形上相应点的ΔR数组,由ΔR数组中的元素寻求最小值得到最大干涉误差。In the interference error analysis of the section of the grinding wheel for processing the spiral groove of the drill bit,the mathematical model of the grinding wheel for processing the spiral groove is established according to the relative positions of the drill bit,the grinding wheel and the machine tool when the grinding machine is processing,and the reverse seeking theory of the section of the grinding wheel is put forward.Based on the inverse theory of grinding wheel profile,the interference value is obtained by quantitative analysis.Matlab is used to carry out the calculation and coordinate transformation among the arrays,and the scatter diagram and fitting diagram of the grinding wheel section are obtained.TheΔR array of the corresponding points on the grinding wheel section is obtained through the coordinate value on the fitting diagram.The minimum value is found by the elements in theΔR array to obtain the maximum interference error.
