摘 要:铜离子是一种对于自然环境和人体健康都颇为棘手的重金属污染物,实现对其的快速检测具有较高的实际应用价值.而电化学发光传感器是一种基于电化学发光原理的检测技术,其具有分析速度快、灵敏度高、操作简单、可控性强等优势.本文提出了一种基于石墨烯量子点的电化学发光检测方法,利用量子点优异的光学和电学特性,可实现对水溶液中铜离子的快速检测,且操作简单.实验结果表明该传感器在铜离子为0.5~16μM的浓度范围内表现出良好的线性度,同时具有较好的稳定性,在污染物检测领域中具有一定的应用价值.As one of the heavy metals,copper ion has a lot of harm to human health and environment,so its rapid detection is of great practical value.Electrochemiluminescence(ECL)sensor is a rapid detection technology based on the principle of ECL,and has many advantages over other detection technologies,such as fast analysis speed,high sensitivity,simple operation,strong controllability,etc.This work combines the special properties of graphene quantum dots(GQDs)with the advantages of ECL detection,and proposes a simple and accurate method for the detection of copper ions by using the excellent optical and electrical properties of quantum dots.The experimental results show that the ECL sensor based on graphene quantum dots showed good linearity and stability in the concentration range of 0.5 to 16μM for the detection of copper ion.This work demonstrates that the ECL sensor has practical application value in detecting pollutant area.
