芪骨胶囊联合经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体成形术在老年性胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折中的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨芪骨胶囊联合经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体成形术在老年性胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折中的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月本院骨科收治的80例老年性胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=38),观察组患者给予芪骨胶囊联合经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体成形术,对照组患者给予经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体成形术。比较两组治疗后VAS评分、椎体前缘高度、Cobb角以及并发症情况。结果治疗后,两组患者VAS评分、Cobb角均显著低于治疗前,椎体前缘高度显著高于治疗前;且观察组患者VAS评分、Cobb角均显著低于对照组,椎体前缘高度显著高于对照组;观察组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪骨胶囊联合经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体成形术对老年性胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折的疗效显著,且并发症少。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qigu capsule combined with percutaneous balloon angioplasty in the treatment of senile thoracolumbar osteoporotic fracture.Methods 80 patients with senile thoracolumbar osteoporotic fractures from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=38)according to random number table method.The patients in the observation group were given Qigu capsule combined with percutaneous balloon dilatation vertebroplasty,and the control group were given percutaneous balloon dilatation vertebroplasty.The VAS score,vertebral height,Cobb angle,and complications were compared after treatment between two groups.Results The VAS score and Cobb angle of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment.The vertebral body height was significantly higher than that before treatment.The VAS score and Cobb angle of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The leading edge height was significantly higher than the control group.The incidence of complications was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the above differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qigu capsule combined with percutaneous balloon dilatation vertebroplasty has significant effect on senile thoracolumbar osteoporotic fracture with less complications.
