摘　　要：目的研究(125)^I粒子植入前装载过程中操作人员的受照剂量,探讨放射防护管理措施。方法采用射线检测仪对操作人员装载85粒(125)^I粒子过程中的辐射情况进行监测,评估不同装载方法操作人员的受照剂量。结果操作室本底辐射剂量率为0.15 Sv/h。活度为14.8 MBq的(125)^I粒子在裸露状态下正面同一方向,10、30、50、70、100 cm时,单个粒子剂量率分别为221.3、43.5、20.4、16.3、10.4μSv/h。工作人员以不同的倒出装载方式,装载85粒活度为14.8 MBq的(125)^I粒子时,在不同距离位置受到的辐射剂量,随着距离的增加以及装载倒出次数的增加辐射剂量均可见减少。结论在(125)^I粒子装载过程中建议采取必要的防护措施,以降低粒子源对操作人员的辐射。优化操作流程,采用分次倒出装载的方法,可以更有效减低辐射剂量。Objective To study the radiation dose accpted by operators during the loading (125)^I seeds before implantation,then to discuss the management measures of radiological protection.Methods The radiation of operators in the process of loading 85(125)^I seeds was monitored by gamma meter,and evaluate the radiation doses accepted by operators with different loading methods.Results The background radiation dose rate of the operating room is 0.15μSv/h.When (125)^I particles with an activity of 14.8 MBq are exposed at different distances of 10,30,50,70,and 100 cm in the same direction on the front,the dose rates of single particles are 221.3,43.5,20.4,16.3,and 10.4μSv/h,respectively.The staff used different methods of pouring and loading.When loading 85(125)^I particles with an activity of 14.8 MBq,the radiation dose received at different distances can be seen to decrease as the distance increases and the number of loading pouring times increases.Conclusion It is suggested that necessary protective measures should be taken in the process of loading (125)^I seeds to reduce the radiation of particle sources to operators.Optimizing the operation process and using the method of step-by-step dumping and more groups is suggested to reduce the radiation dose more effectively.
