欧洲体育运动创新平台建设的经验及其对中国的启示

摘　　要：欧洲体育运动创新平台属于非营利性网络型组织,其宗旨在于实现健康、社会、环境和市场需求的研发使命和创新机会。创新平台设有专门的工作委员会,并由欧盟政策组、体育运动传播组、文件外联组负责具体的执行工作。工作内容主要包括发起体育运动创新项目、承办主题多样的会议和承担体育运动有关的经纪活动。在分析欧洲体育运动创新平台建设的基础上,结合中国体育产业"十三五"规划现实状况,从体育产业的创新能力、管理机制、组织机构、产学研协同和政策研究与利用等方面探讨了未来中国体育创新平台建设的实现问题。The European Platform for Sport Innovation(EPSI)is a base-networking non-profit organization within Europe that focuses on innovation in sport,leisure and health.Its fundamental purpose is to propose opportunities for R&D and innovation to meet the needs of health,society,environment and market.The regular work of EPSI is organized by working committees and carried out by EU policy group,Dissemination group and Profile group.The activities of EPSI includes initiating the projects for sports innovation,organizing the conferences with diversity subjects and undertaking the brokerage activities related to sports.Combined with the 13th Five-Year Plan for China′s sports industry,the problem of constructing sport innovative platform in China is explored from the perspectives of innovation capabilities,management mechanism,organization structure and industry-university-research collaborative innovation as well as the research and utilization of public policy.
