早期妊娠血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素与孕酮值相关关系分析

摘　　要：目的分析早期宫内妊娠妇女的血HCG值与孕酮值之间有无相关关系。方法对2018年7月—2019年6月前来南京医科大学附属妇产医院就诊的984名自然受孕的宫内单胎早期妊娠妇女进行血清HCG和孕酮水平检测,随访其妊娠结局,根据妊娠结局分为正常早孕组和早期自然流产组,对各组孕妇的血HCG与孕酮值进行统计分析。结果正常早孕组血HCG值和孕酮值均明显高于早期自然流产组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。正常早孕组和早期自然流产组血HCG值与孕酮值之间相关系数分别为0.013和0.077,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。停经天数与血HCG值之间相关系数分别为0.701和0.453,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。停经天数与孕酮值之间相关系数分别为-0.085和-0.057,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论虽然正常早孕组血HCG值和孕酮值均明显高于早期自然流产组,但无论是正常早孕组还是早期自然流产组,其血HCG值与孕酮值之间均无相关关系,停经天数与血HCG值之间有正相关关系,停经天数与孕酮值之间无相关关系。即早期妊娠血HCG值与停经天数呈正相关并与孕酮值无关。Objective To analyze the correlation between HCG and progesterone in early pregnancy women.Methods The levels of serum HCG and progesterone were measured in 984 early pregnant women who came to our hospital from July 2018 to June 2019. Follow up their pregnancy outcomes. They were divided into the normal early pregnancy group and the early spontaneous abortion group. Then we statistical analysis the data.Results The values of serum HCG and progesterone in the normal early pregnancy group were significantly higher than those in the early spontaneous abortion group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The correlation coefficients between HCG and progesterone of the two groups were 0.013 and 0.077, the difference was no statistical significance(P>0.05). The correlation coefficients between menopause days and HCG were 0.701 and 0.453, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The correlation coefficients between menopause days and progesterone were-0.085 and-0.057, the difference was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Although the values of serum HCG and progesterone in the normal early pregnancy group were significantly higher than those in the early spontaneous abortion group, there was no correlation between HCG and progesterone. There was a positive correlation between the menopause days and HCG, but no correlation between the menopause days and progesterone. All in all, there was a positive correlation between HCG and menopause days, and no correlation between HCG and progesterone in early pregnancy.
