摘  要:析晶对氟化物玻璃陶瓷的力学、光学性质有重要的影响。选用化学纯级原料,采用熔融法制备了氟化物玻璃陶瓷。通过改变化学组成调整氟化物析晶,研究了氟化物玻璃陶瓷的析晶规律。结果表明,氟化物的析晶温度从高到低依次为CaF_(2)、BaF_(2)、NaF。析晶温度下玻璃熔体的粘度对晶体最终的尺寸有重要的影响,NaF析晶温度较低,析晶阶段熔体粘度大,阻碍晶粒进一步生长,因此样品中的NaF晶体尺寸细小,在100~200 nm之间。氟化物玻璃陶瓷的白度与氟化物晶体的含量呈一次线性关系;对白度的贡献从大到小依次为NaF、CaF_(2)、BaF_(2);NaF晶体折射率与玻璃基体的折射率相差最大,NaF晶体含量越多,样品白度越高,乳浊效果越好。The crystallization has an important influence on the mechanical and optical properties of fluoride glass ceramics.Fluoride glass-ceramic was prepared by melting method with chemically pure raw materials in this work.The crystallization performance of fluoride glass-ceramic was studied by changing the chemical composition.The results show that the crystallization temperature of fluoride decreased by the following trend,CaF2,BaF2,NaF.The viscosity of the glass melt at the crystallization temperature has an significant effect on the final size of the crystal.Because of the low crystallization temperature of NaF and the high melt viscosity in the crystallization stage which hinders the further growth of crystal grains,the size of NaF crystals in the sample is small,between 100~200 nm.The whiteness of fluoride glass ceramics and the content of fluoride crystals exhibit a linear relationship,the contribution to the whiteness in descending order is NaF,CaF2,and BaF2;the refractive index of NaF crystal has the largest difference with the glass matrix,and with the increase of the content of the NaF crystal,the whiteness and the opacification effect of the sample is increased considerably.
